The MyCraft Process

Interior Design Consultation

Flat Rate: $150

Your consultation is where the vision begins. During this session we walk through the space, discuss your goals, evaluate the room’s layout and functionality, and explore aesthetic direction.

This consultation allows us to understand how you live in the space and identify opportunities to improve flow, comfort, and visual impact.

Includes:

  • 90-minute in-home or virtual consultation

  • Space evaluation and layout discussion

  • Style and design direction guidance

  • Initial recommendations for furnishings, color palette, and décor

If you decide to move forward with a full design plan, the consultation ensures we start with clarity and a well-defined direction.

Signature Room Design Plan

Flat Rate: $897 per room

For clients ready to bring their space to life, our Signature Room Design Plan provides a structured roadmap for transforming the room with confidence.

We develop a cohesive design plan that blends aesthetics, functionality, and craftsmanship while aligning with the MyCraft SMART philosophy.

Your Design Plan Includes:

  • Furniture layout and spatial planning

  • Color palette and material selections

  • Lighting and décor recommendations

  • Guidance for statement pieces or repurposed furniture

  • Curated product sourcing and styling direction

This plan includes 2 revisions and allows homeowners to move forward confidently whether they implement the design themselves or work with us for full execution.

Full Signature Transformation:

Small Room - up to 150 sq ft - $1,200

Mid Size Room - 150-300 sq ft - $1,800

Large Room or Open Concept - 300 sq ft or more - $2,400

***Price is based on management of project and staging of furniture upon completion. Contractors (such as painters, flooring, windows, etc) to be paid direct

Signature Pieces & Furnishings

For clients sourcing furniture and décor through MyCraft Homes:

  • Custom or repurposed signature pieces are available in curated price ranges depending on size, materials, and craftsmanship.

  • Furnishings sourced on behalf of the client include a 15% design procurement fee, which covers sourcing, coordination, ordering, and quality oversight.

This ensures every piece selected aligns with the design vision and meets our craftsmanship standards.

At MyCraft Homes, roofing is approached with disciplined execution and uncompromising attention to detail. Every component, from underlayment to ventilation, is evaluated and installed as part of a complete system—ensuring structural strength, energy efficiency, and lasting performance.

Our roofing services are performed by licensed and insured partner contractors. We don’t cut corners and we ensure that our partners are just as passionate about craftmanship as we are.

That commitment extends to the materials we trust. We rely on architectural shingles from GAF, including their Timberline® shingle line, as our primary roofing standard. These shingles are engineered with advanced technologies that enhance durability, weather resistance, and dimensional beauty—allowing your roof to perform as exceptionally as it looks.

Just as importantly, they are backed by industry-leading warranties, providing homeowners with long-term protection and confidence in their investment.
